Lindsey A. Bannerman, Certified Family Law Specialist

Known for her direct and open communication with her clients, Lindsey A. Bannerman has established a strong reputation in the Stanislaus and San Joaquin legal communities.  A graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law, and University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Communications and Social Science, Lindsey loves assisting people in legal matters and walking them through the process.  She understands that turning to the law for help is often an intimidating and overwhelming process.

Lindsey is approachable and knowledgeable having become a Certified Family Law Specialist, as certified by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization in 2011.  She is active in the legal community as a member of the Stanislaus County Bar Association, Stanislaus County Bar Association – Family Law Section, Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, California State Bar and California State Bar Association Family Law Section.  She regularly accepts appointment from the court to assist active duty military members and children.

She is a wife, a mother, a part of a blended family and the proud owner of Buster, a German Shorthaired Pointer.  Her DVR queue is Dr. Phil, Real Housewives of New Jersey, Big Bang Theory, Schitts Creek and the Bob Newhart Show.

Kevin M. Massoni, Associate Attorney

Kevin is a worker, no doubt about it.  His clients gain the benefit of his dedication to providing the best, quality legal representation in any scenario.  Named a Rising Star Attorney by Super Lawyers in both 2015 and 2017, Kevin is a tremendous advocate for his clients.  Read what his clients have to say about him here.  A graduate of Seattle University School of Law and UCLA, he enjoys finding the best solution to any legal issue facing his clients.  With a love of learning and an even greater love of the law, Kevin is constantly keeping abreast of the changes in the law in areas of family law, criminal defense and civil litigation.  Kevin is happy to meet any legal challenge and has developed a very strong reputation amongst attorneys and judges in Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Merced counties.  He is active in the legal community as a member of the Stanislaus County Bar Association, Stanislaus County Bar Association – Family Law Section and the California State Bar Association.

Michael Kroetch, Senior Paralegal, Discovery Clerk and Notary Public

Michael is a focus-driven paralegal with a knowledge of the legal process that can’t be matched.  Clients enjoy working with Michael and appreciate her ability to explain the status of any matter in easy to understand terms.  She is dedicated to her work and takes pride in assisting clients at every stage of their legal proceeding.  A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Communications, Michael received a Paralegal Certificate from the University of the Pacific.  Before joining the Law Offices of Lindsey A. Bannerman, Michael’s experience was primarily in criminal law.  Michael is a member of the Stanislaus County Bar Association – Family Law Section.  She regularly attends continuing education activities focused on the law, including local trainings related to family law in Stanislaus County.

Michael has lived everywhere but Modesto is her home base which she shares with her boyfriend and their dog, Precious.  Her Netflix Queue is Gilmore Girls, Mindhunter, Stranger Things, Scandal and Narcos.

Victoria Donoso, Director of Technical Operations

“You know there’s an app for that?” is how most conversations with Victoria start.  She assures that our office is utilizing the latest in technology that can best deliver our services to our client.  Whether its communicating in-person or online, Victoria sets the standard for our use of technology in keeping our clients informed.  A graduate of San Jose State University, Victoria enjoys the fast-paced speed of the Law Offices of Lindsey A. Bannerman and finding technology that matches it.

Victoria is active in community organizations and a real part of the Stanislaus and San Joaquin community.  She is bilingual and continues to try to teach Lindsey Spanish.  She’s lived in Italy, makes the best Limoncello and is the most prepared for all emergencies in life.  Modesto is her home that she shares with Do, the sweetest pitbull you will ever meet.  Her Netflix Queue is: Stranger Things 2, Sneaky Pete, Big Little Lies, Ozark, Schitts Creek and Vice.

Julio Del Carmen, Legal Assistant 

Julio approaches his work with great diligence and takes pride in supporting our staff and clients. He is compassionate with our clients and makes sure they receive the high standard of assistance that has been set forth by Lindsey. A graduate from CSU Stanislaus with a degree in History, Julio hopes to continue his education in pursuit of his Juris Doctorate.

In his down time, Julio likes to take camping trips on his motorcycle with his loyal dog, Max. They would bring Frijol, the other dog, but he gets motion sickness. Frankly, Max does not mind leaving him behind.

Christopher Bannerman, Director of Business Development

Ever wonder what it would be like to work with your spouse?  Ask Chris.  With an MBA from St. Mary’s University (Go Gaels) and a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy from California State University, Chico, Chris has a handle on all things business.   Chris assures that the Law Offices of Lindsey A. Bannerman performs at optimal efficiency while maintaining a consistent level of service to each of its clients.  With a solid foundation in business, and working with large-scale and small-scale business owners, Chris has helped to establish and maintain a client-focused law firm.  He has created protocols for each type of client to make sure that their representation needs are being met.  When you complete a survey about your experience with our firm, you can be certain that it has been read and responded to, even if it’s after hours and over family dinner.
