Lindsey A. Bannerman, Certified Family Law Specialist and Mediator

Lindsey A. Bannerman is a Certified Family Law Specialist as Certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization and is licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.  Ms. Robbins founded the Law Offices of Lindsey A. Robbins in 2005.

A Wyoming native, Mrs. Bannerman received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming in 2002.  She also received her Bachelor of Science Degree in a double major of Communications and Social Science.  Since 2002 the Central Valley of California has been her home and she is active in various community organizations and charities. In addition to her private practice, Mrs. Bannerman regularly provides pro bono legal representation to victims of elder abuse, domestic violence and minor children.  She also accepts court appointments to represent active members of the United States Military pursuant to the Service Members Civil Relief Act.

Mrs. Bannerman recognizes that California family law changes often and consistently attends continuing education programs focused on family law.  In addition, Mrs. Bannerman has presented various topics of interest locally to the Stanislaus County Bar Association – Family Law Section.  She currently serves as Vice President of the Stanislaus County Bar Association.

In addition to her litigation services, Mrs. Bannerman is a highly trained and effective mediator providing facilitated settlement negotiations in family law matters at all stages of proceedings.  As an effective mediation professional, Mrs. Bannerman understands that a court-imposed dissolution judgment can lead to further additional and costly litigation.  Mrs. Bannerman can serve as a neutral mediator to both parties or as a consulting attorney to individuals participating in outside mediation services.

Michael Kroetch, Paralegal

Michael received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of the Pacific. She holds a B.A. in communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A California native, she relocated to the Central Valley in 2013. Since making the Central Valley her home, she has gained years of legal experience. She started her legal career in a Criminal Defense office but has made a seamless transition to family law joining the Law Offices of Lindsey A. Bannerman in 2016.

Sandra began employment in the field of Family Law five years ago after moving to the Central Valley, making Modesto her home. She is furthering her legal education by pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies. She is a California Notary Public.
